Membership Director’s Job Description

In addition to driving the direction of the organization, you’ll also be responsible for:

  • Maintain the membership database
  • Send out new membership packets
  • Assist with membership renewals including calling or sending reminders
  • Planning and implementing plans to increase the membership
  • Ensuring that our membership is cared for
  • Welcome new guests to the community, whether or not they are members
  • Enlisting a committee to help with the above functions
