This year’s Darwin Day Fish Fry and Education Celebration focuses on several community outreach efforts:
**Supplies drive for neighborhood schools**
* Please bring donations of scissors and pencils for Emerson Elementary and composition books and pencils for Westwood High School.
**Primordial Soup proceeds for neighborhood garden and soup services**
* Your event fee includes a $5 donation to Project Roots, a local non-profit that teaches people to grow their own food and feeds those in need from community gardens and shared kitchens.
**Secret Grand Opening and Inauguration Ceremony**
* You won't want to miss this special surprise addition to the Humanist Community Center!
If you hunger for more than just the truth, let's feast together in celebration of our common ancestry with fish, dinosaurs, and vegetables! BYOB & the whole family!
