How we interact with each other on a day-to-day basis is informed by our experiences. As we journey through this world, each of us experiences different difficulties. Sometimes these experiences are traumatic and we learn habits and coping mechanisms around that trauma.
In this Sunday Speaker session, Robert Rhoton will cover the science behind why we should take a compassionate perspective to working with our own trauma, that of others, and our interactions together.
The meeting is free and open to the public. Doors open at 9:00 am for socializing with an optional Continental breakfast available for a $5 donation. The meeting begins at 10:00 am.
A Children's Program is available during the Speaker Meeting. Please see the HSGP Meetup for the Children's Program at this meeting for more information and to RSVP with the number of children attending.
