Inner child play care is the practice of nurturing the childlike aspect within us to heal past wounds, increase joy, and improve overall well-being. This is achieved through various playful and creative activities.

The Plan:
Create Valentines letters for the Humanist Pen Pal program,
color Heart Mandalas. Let's play foursquare, (heart-shaped of course) We can dance the Cupid Shuffle and participate in a Lollipop flavor challenge.
Supplies will be included and please feel free to bring your own.
Coffee, tea and water available. You can bring your beverage of choice.
The host will be providing chili, corn bread and the ingredients for no-bake cookies.
Together, let's tap into our playful side, laugh, create, and let go of life’s worries.
