Meditation doesn’t have to be a mystery – and not every approach to meditation is the same. This is your opportunity to experience what we call an “evidence-based” meditation class integrating a Humanist philosophy.

What does that mean? Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we believe you will find this class to be a refreshing change from other meditation classes you have attended.

Richard Dewey (Long-time Humanist and your host for the evening) has created a Humanist Meditation practice and is looking for your feedback. Come and experience a program that is part lecture and part guided meditation with interactive discussion and time to stretch, reflect and enjoy the benefits of a Science (or Evidence) based Meditation class.

We are limiting the class size to 20 people so please RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your seat. Please plan on getting there at least 15 minutes early so we're ready to start on time. If you have a meditation cushion or mat, bring it! We will accommodate you. There is no fee for this class, we ask only for your feedback, ideas, and suggestions!
