Taking part in naturism, or social nudism, has been linked to noticeable improvements in mental well-being and body confidence. Studies show that spending time nude in a social, safe and accepting setting can help people feel better about their bodies and more satisfied with life being linked to noticeable improvements in mental well-being and body confidence. The purpose of this talk is to define naturism and describe its positive impact on emotional, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing for individuals, couples and families from all walks of life
Bio:
Dr. Ronna Krozy is a retired Associate Professor of Community Health Nursing from Boston College in Massachusetts. She has been a social nudist for over 30 years and a member of Solair Recreation League in CT. Ronna has served as a trustee and public relations chair of the American Association for Nude Recreation. She has been interviewed on local, national and international media and has spoken and written extensively on nudism and naturism as a healthy and body-affirming way of life.

Doors open at 9:00 am for optional buffet breakfast ($10 donation) and socializing. Speaker program begins at 10:00 am.
