Let’s Eat Geography!

Everyone loves to eat, yes? Of course we do! Since we can't visit every country we study in our Let's Geography Meetups, we are doing the next best thing and sampling the local cuisine, when possible.

In June we discussed the Czech Republic and we all wish we lived there now because it's never ever 118 degrees and Prague is beautiful and also the food looks really good. But we live here instead, so we're going to put on our brave faces and console ourselves with some excellent sausages and honey cakes. I'm afraid that's the best we can hope for.

This little gem of a restaurant is owned by Ukrainians. It's a small place but there are several tables so I'm not limiting the number of attendees. You'll order and pay at the counter and they'll bring your food out to you. No need to wait for everyone to arrive. Don't eat all the honey cake.
