Please join us for a presentation by Saman Golestan on the US and Iran: a look at how we went from former friends to current adversaries.

Saman Golestan is a first generation Iranian-American, the first in his family born in the United States. He is an election law, employment law and regulatory compliance attorney. Recently, he successfully defended the minimum wage initiative, Proposition 206, and kept it on the ballot for November election. He also was a candidate for the non-partisan Maricopa County Special Healthcare District on the November 2016 ballot.

The meeting is free and open to the public. Doors open at 9:00 am for socializing with an optional Continental breakfast available for a $5 donation. The meeting begins at 10:00 am.
